🏠 How to play

• Goal: every level is a demanding new commission. Read the whole brief, use the requested quantities and materials, then design your own house around those constraints before selling it.
• Tap 🧰 Items to open or hide the item drawer. Pick an item, then click or tap the ground to place it. Floors go on tiles, walls/doors/windows snap to tile edges, furniture goes on floored tiles.
• On iPad: the item drawer closes after you choose something so the building view stays clear. Drag with one finger to rotate, pinch to zoom, and drag with two fingers to pan. Use the floating ＋/− buttons to zoom and ↻ to turn an item.
• Full-screen app: tap 📲 Full-screen app, then use Safari’s Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. Opening that icon removes Safari’s address and tab bars.
• Build as many floors as you want: ⬆️/⬇️ to move between floors, ➕ Floor to add one on top (or press 1–9). Place 🪜 Stairs to connect them.
• Drag to rotate the view · scroll to zoom · Shift+drag to pan. Press R or right-click to turn furniture. Choose Bulldoze (B), then tap a piece: a bulldozer arrives and removes it, with 50% back. Remove roof removes the nearest roof on the selected floor.
• Better design = more money! Connected, usable houses with interesting shapes, windows, materials, rooms, gardens and variety earn higher design appeal. Wildly scattered pieces are harder to sell, while creative coherent homes earn better offers.
• Layer and join things: place small objects such as a teddy, laptop or vase on a bed or table. Ceiling lights can share a tile with the furniture below. Put matching tables, sofas, benches or pools beside each other and choose Yes, join them to make one larger piece.
• Press G to walk or explore (WASD + drag to look). On iPad, hold the on-screen arrow pad to move and drag the view to look. Walk or drive to a tree, the woods, or the mountains, then tap Build to build at that location. Walk into a staircase to change floors. Use the View menu (or V) for front, back, first person, or overview. Choose Build from this view, then tap a spot or aim and press Place.
• While walking, step up to furniture and press E to use it — sit on the sofa, lie in bed, use the bathroom, play the piano, turn on the 📺 TV. Press E again to stop.
• My character changes skin, hair, clothing colours and hairstyle. Creative Business unlocks every item and lets you sell any build—even a single tile—for a profit, with its own saved progress.
• Walk up to a 🚗 car — on the street or one you placed — and press E to get in and drive it! W/S to go, A/D to steer. Press E to hop out.
• Every neighborhood has different supply and demand. The market guide, local demand, your spending, and the house's design appeal all affect buyer offers. Even starter jobs require a complete home; later projects demand mixed materials, exact features, extra storeys, careful budgeting, and bold architecture.
• When you Sell House, several buyers make different offers — a rich buyer or movie star may pay a premium, a bargain hunter less. Some offer a 🤝 loyalty deal: sell to them now and they'll pay top price for your NEXT house. But watch out — rare 😏 scammers show a tempting price and then pay far less! Higher reputation = better offers.
• Walk out to the street and up to people — you'll both stop, then press E to chat. Or cross the street and step right into your neighbours' houses — each one has a different person living inside to meet! Say hi and 🎁 gift money to make friends (see 👥 Friends). Friends who buy your houses pay more!
• Press T or tap ☀️ Day to change the time of day — morning, day, sunset and night. After dark the street lamps come on, windows glow, and every 💡 lamp, 🔥 fire, 🕯️ candle and 🍿 screen you placed lights the room for real.
• Tap 🔺 roof shape to switch between a flat, pitched (gable) or hipped roof — it re-fits itself to your house automatically.
• Your named games save automatically, including the house currently on the plot. Tap 🎮 Games whenever you want to continue another game or start a new one.
• Tap 💡 Designs to instantly build a money-making house that spins 360°. Every level-up gives a cash bonus.
